Funtional & Integrative
At Elemental Care, we take a functional and/or integrative approach to care based on your needs. With our integrative approach, you will receive a more comprehensive visit that is not based just on your symptoms but focuses on your entire person, including diet, exercise, and lifestyle. Our functional approach provides a more hands-on approach with a specific focus on discovering the underlying problems not just to prevent symptoms but to make them go away. Also, we may recommend more alternative and holistic approaches to your care, including essential oils, acupuncture, and more!
Mental Health
Our team of experienced professionals provide a variety of services, including medication management, substance use treatment, counseling, therapy and more. We understand that each person’s journey is unique, and our approach is tailored to meet the individual needs of every patient. Our safe and confidential environment is designed to help individuals transform their lives and achieve optimal mental health.
Primary Care
With primary care you will receive preventative care, acute care, and chronic care management of many common illnesses and conditions. Our providers are able to diagnose and treat chronic or acute illnesses.
We are also able to interpret diagnostic imaging, lab results, educate, and provide counsel to help improve your overall health. We have a full service lab on-site to meet your needs without having to send you to another facility including electrocardiograms and pulmonary function testing.
Family Medicine
Elemental Care is your family's destination for quality healthcare. We provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, regardless of their medical history or condition. Our team of compassionate healthcare professionals is dedicated to ensuring that you and your loved ones receive the best possible care. Family medicine involves caring for you throughout your lifespan with a special focus on disease prevention along with early diagnosis and treatment. As with primary care services, family medicine involves preventative care, acute care, and chronic care management of many common illnesses and conditions with expert referrals as appropriate.
Weight Management
When combined with changes to behavior, including eating and physical activity habits, prescription medications may help some people lose weight. On average, people who take prescription medications as part of a lifestyle program lose between 3 and 9 percent more of their starting body weight than people in a lifestyle program who do not take medication. Research shows that some people taking prescription weight-loss medications lose 10 percent or more of their starting weight. Results vary by medication and by the person. Weight loss of 5 to 10 percent of your starting body weight may help improve your health by lowering blood sugar, blood pressure, and triglycerides.

We care for patients from all walks of life at Elemental Care. Special attention is given to the care of the underserved LGBTQI community. We pay special attention and provide the care that you both expect and deserve including wellness exams, primary care, Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), preventative care services, gender-affirming care, transgender care, specialty referrals, HIV/STD screening and treatment, and reproductive health. If you are experiencing severe chest pain, shortness of breath, or a temperature greater than 104 degrees Fahrenheit, please visit your nearest emergency room. At times, there may be conditions that require specialty care not provided through our office. In this instance, you will be provided with a referral in our community for those specialty needs.

Payment Policy
Insurance and Payments:
Like most private practices, payment is required at the time of service. Fees may vary depending on the level of service provided to our patients and insurance coverage. In most cases, fees and co-pays are significantly lower here at Elemental Care compared to similar private practices, health and wellness centers.

Questions About Your Bill
What billing or insurance information will I receive?
​You will receive a copy of your bill. After your insurance has paid, we'll provide you with a monthly statement of your account.

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?
Generally, it takes from 45 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier.​

​Why am I getting bills from other providers/companies?
​Each provider who provides professional services will send you a separate bill from their office and may include:

These providers may include specialists in anesthesiology, cardiology, emergency medicine, nuclear medicine, pathology, radiology, or urodynamics. You will be responsible for paying these bills as well.
